Hi, Thanks for the good Susie Plug-in. Is it possible to add animated WebP support to WebP Susie Plug-in for Hamana graphic viewer (miyano.s53.xrea.com)?

I tested Susie Plug-in with Hamana:
Hamana 1.48 + WebP Susie Plug-in 1.1 = static webp
Hamana 1.48 + WIC Susie Plug-in 2.2 = error loading webp
Hamana 1.48 + GDI+ Susie Plug-in 1.8 = animated gif

All Susie plugins processes animated images as still images.
This is because Susie plugin API does not support animation and multiple frames.

Hamana supports animated images only GIF image.
( Hamana is implement animate itself. )

If Remove gif from Hamana 設定->動画->拡張子 then Hamana will display still gif image, no more gif animation. need to add webp to Hamana 設定->動画->拡張子 if WebP Susie Plug-in supports animatd webp

WebP Animation は、１フレーム目のみ表示します。
